Woven electrical insulating tapes
It is produced in linen and canvas. Production in widths of 10 - 60 mm and thicknesses from 0.08 to 0.50 mm.
In addition to thickness, the most important parameter is the temperature resistance class. This is given by the material used. Machining
Cutting of electrical insulating materials and plastics, is combined with their precision machining. The company is equipped with CNC machines, milling and turning machining centers that enable multiple processing and both machining electrical insulation boards, plastics, composites, metals and machining of models and molds.
Following machining is possible:
• Milling - models and molds with dimensions up to 1200x2400x650 mm.
• Turning - up to 320 mm and lengths up to 1500 mm and 500 mm diameter flangeTo ensure a truly precise production, the company is also equipped with 3D measurement system and a wide range of complementary instruments. Each product undergoes final finishing - if electroinsulants – and if necessary then also coating the cutting edges and surfaces.
We are equipped with modern high speed CNC machines, guaranteeing achieve high dimensional and geometric accuracy required surface quality. Beyond the the three-axis vertical milling CNC machines with an additional fourth axis has our fleet of two-inch horizontal CNC machining center Makino. The maximum workpiece dimensions are 750 mm in diameter and a height of 950 mm with a weight parts to about 400 kg.
For Machining rotating parts are available CNC turning center OKUMA Genos with clamp the workpiece diameter up to 340 mm. This machine also allows machining in axes C and Y. Also provide surface finish of machined parts, such as nickel, zinc, silver and anodizing.
