Punching

Based on customer requirements, we enlarged our production capacity of punching technology, another one processing possibility of electrical insulating materials, plastics, rubber, bandage, and slot insulation. This process leads to a significant increasing of manufacturing productivity, material utilization and thereby cost reduction during production in larger series.

We are individually able to recommend the most suitable tool for punching according to the product complexity, required material and series size. Production and testing of shape-complicated tool for punching takes about 2-3 months. Production of a simple tool/ modification of an existing punching tool, takes about several weeks. Standard lifetime of the tool is about 500 000 strokes, depending on the type of material.

Thickness of punched parts is normally to 3 - 5 mm.

Dimensional tolerances of length and diameter of holes may be according to the type of material and its strength and can be achieved from ± 0.1 mm. We will answer all your questions and for your individual requirements we prepare a complete quotation.
