SHAPING OF SLOT INSULATIONS
We offer the shaping of slot insulation materials without thermal stabilization. According to the customer's requirements based on the drawing documentation, we are able to shape the insulations that are commonly used in the production of electric motors, including the possibility of hemming at the ends.
Semi-finished products entering the machine:
- in width pre-cut roll of Nomex®, NPN, NMN, NKN, DyFlex®, DyTerm®, Mylar®, ...
- roll width 10 to 400 mm
- insulation thickness 0.2 to 0.6 mm
- roll winding 50 to 140 bm depending on the insulation thickness
Types of produced insulations:
slot insulation: square (with shaping) or semicircular (without shaping), with hem at the ends or without hem, width from 20 to 400 mm - of which recess from 10 to 100 mm, length from 100 to 1500 mm + hems 5, 8 and 10 mm
intermediate insert: square (with shaping), strip or semicircular (without shaping), width from 10 to 120 mm (from 20 mm possible cross-section 10 to 100 mm), length from 100 to 1500 mm
slot closure: square (with shaping) or semicircular (without shaping), width from 10 to 120 mm (from 20 mm is possible depression 10 up to 100 mm), length from 100 to 1500 mm
Parameters of produced insulations:
- insulation width 10 to 400 mm
- insulation length 100 to 1500 mm
- shaping of insulations from a width of 20 mm
- distance of depressions located in the center of the insulation 10 up to 100 mm
- hem size 5, 8 and 10 mm
Repeatability of dimensions and shape of insulations in series according to the required accuracy:
width ± 0.2 - 0.5 mm to 100 mm (according to the thickness of the insulation and the accuracy of the pre-cut roll) ± 0.5 mm over 100 mm to 400 mm (according to the accuracy of the pre-cut)
length ± 1 mm to 700 mm
± 2 mm over 700 mm up to 1500 mm
straightness ± 1 mm per 1000 mm
