GLASTIC UTR

Characteristics: The fire, electrical arc and track-resistant laminate. UTR 1494 is reinforced polyester laminate.

Application: Electrical insulation, because of tracking resistance. Thanks to its properties it is used in many branches where the safe but economical materials are needed.

GLASTIC SG-200

Characteristics: SG-200 is strong, tough and high-temperature laminate that offers the same quality and properties as FHT laminate.

Application: Due to its characteristics is deal for applications requiring high-temperature materials. It is also used in high temperature applications, in dry transformers.

UPM 203

Characteristics: Glass fiber polyester with very good electrical insulation properties, resistant to electric arc and tracking.

EPM 203

Characteristics: The material made from a glass mat and epoxy resin.

Application: EPM 203 has excellent mechanical strength, electrical properties and high temperature resistance. It is used in the production of insulating parts for generators and other electrical equipment.

Manufacture dimensions: 1000x1900 mm, 1220x2440 mm.
Sheet thicknesses: 1-80 mm, other by prior arrangement with manufacturer

EPC 203

UPM S2

Characteristics: Glass fiber polyester with very good electrical insulation properties, resistant to electric arc and tracking.

SG-200

Characteristics: SG-200 strong, tough, high-temperature laminate with the same quality and beneficial properties as FHT laminate. Laminate SG-200 additionally offers higher mechanical strength with a heat index to 210 °C. It is ideal for applications requiring high-temperature materials. It is the main substitute for epoxy-bonded mica (in layer insulation applications). It is available in thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 51 mm in a natural tan color. Extremely tough, strong, excellent properties stability at higher temperatures, ideal for high temperature applications, asbestos-free, suitable for dry type transformers, NEMA GPO-3, UL certified.

Manufacturing dimensions: 914x1828 mm, 1255x2455 mm.
Sheet thicknesses: 0.8 to 51 mm.

GPO – 3

Characteristics: Fire-resistant laminate, electrical arc and tracking resistant. UTR 1494 is a fiberglass, reinforced polyester. Available as a sheet, U-profile, angled form and various tube dimensions. Because of its tracking resistance is generally used for electrical insulations. Great combination of high strength, fire resistance and low smoke - it can be used in many other branches, where safe but economical materials are needed. The standard color is red or white. Electrical insulating material, highly fire-resistant, nonflammable, low levels of toxic substances, slightly smoky, certified by UL, NEMA GPO – 3

Manufacturing dimensions: 3720x1020 mm, 2020x1020 mm
Sheet thicknesses: 0.8 - 51 mm
