Characteristics

• Low moisture absorption
• Good resistance to hydrolysis
• Biocompatible with USP Class VI and DIN EN ISO 10993-5. The tests were carried out directly on the blanks themselves.
• Excellent sliding properties
• High abrasion resistance
• Ideal combination of tensile strength, stiffness and impact strength
• Very good visual characteristics
• Sterilization with hot steam 121 °C
• Sterilization using plasma (45 °C) and ethylene oxide (60 °C)
