Semi-crystalline thermoplastics

Properties:

• Extremely good resistance to weathering
• High "purity" (does not contain plasticizers, lubricants and non-flammable additives)
• High tensile strength and stiffness
• High impact toughness even at low temperatures
• Good thermoformability
• Excellent weldability
• Perhaps a long-term high operating temperature
• Good electrical insulation properties

Chemical resistance:

• Highly resistant to: acids, oxidants, halogens, alcohols, chlorinated solvents, aliphatic hydrocarbons, fuels
• Not resistant to: alkaline solutions, amines (in any case at high temperatures), DMA, DMF, NMP

Usage area:

• Components with excellent chemical resistance, at high temperatures.
• Manufacture of chemical equipment
