CBC – SOLDER PALLET MATERIAL
CBC are available in three versions to meet your assembly needs.The top-of-the-line Grades CBC and CBC-C are available in both non-conductive (CBC) and electrical static discharge safe semi-conductive (CBC-C) versions. Where there are frequent design changes and extreme long life is not as important, the more economical. All three types are made with high-strength advanced composite materials.
CBC solder pallet materials are lightweight which gives them an advantage over aluminum, titanium and other composite materials. Dimensional stability, flatness, thermal shock resistance and chemical resistance make them ideal products for the hostile environments presented in wave solder applications. Each sheet is closely checked for warp, twist, surface resistivity and other key properties prior to being micro-sanded to the tightest tolerance control available.

DUROSTONE – PCB SOLDER PALLET MATERIALS
Durostone materials have been developed for all procedures within the PCB assembly process. These materials offer the following features:
- Excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures including the lead-free process
- Low thermal conductivity
- Excellent machining properties enabling the manufacture of complex design solder pallets
- Good resistance to chemicals used in modern fluxes.
Standard operating temperature is about 350°C and standard operation temperature is 260°C. Durostone is hardening resistant in soldering process without delamination.
There are three main grades of Durostone:
- CHP760 – standard
- CAS761 – anti-static
- CAG762 – anti-static optical
