Moulding Mica-based materials
ELMICAFORM® - pressed electrical insulating materials, rigid at room temperature and able to be moulded at temperature range 80°C - 120°C.
ELMICAFORM® 323T, 323PI – consist of mica paper Elmica® 4 (uncalcined phlogopite) impregnated with polyester binder and reinforced with glass cloth (323T) or polyethylene terephthalate film (323PI).
ELMICAFORM ® 325T, 325 PM – consist of mica paper Elmica® 4 (uncalcined phlogopite) impregnated with silicon binder and reinforced with glass cloth (325T) or polyimide film (325 PM).
Application: Collector sleeves and shaped insulating parts for electrical machines and apparatus.
Materials are delivered in sheets 580x880 mm
