ARAMID PREPREGS

Prepregs consist of aramid paper coated on one side (P-AKN1) or both sides (P-AKN2, P-AN2) with epoxy resin based binder and polyester film as a release layer.

P-AKN 1 – is used in cylinders manufacturing applied in constructions of dry fire-safe transformers and insulation systém of H thermal rating class.

P-AKN 2 and P-AN 2 - are used as interlayer insulation of pole coils in turbogenerators and traction electrical machines of insulation systems of H thermal rating class.

Materials P-AKN 1 a P-AKN 2 are delivered in rolls, width 910 mm, inside core diameter (76+-1) mm, outside diameter<300 mm.

Material P-AN 2 is delivered in roll, width 960 mm, inside core diameter (76 +-1) mm, outside winding < 300 mm.
