PAPER PHENOLIC TUBES
Tubes type acc. to DIN 7735: Hp 2065
The tubes made from cellulose paper as a basis and phenolformaldehyde resin as a binder. This tubes are used like insulating and constructive material for various electrical equipment construction.
Available dimensions: The tubes are produced from inside diameter 5,2 mm.
The wall thickness is from 2 mm.
The tube length is 1050 mm.
Machining: The tubes are machined by cutting, milling, drilling, turning.

COTTON PHENOLIC TUBES

The cotton phenolic tubes are made from cotton fabric as a basis and phenolformaldehyde resin as a binder. This tubes are suitable for production of chambers of expansionary small-oil schwiters, case bearing etc.
Available diameters: The tubes are produced from inside diameter 5,2 mm.
The wall thickness is from 2 mm.
The length is 650 mm for inside diameter 5,2 mm to 25 mm.
The length is 1350 mm for inside diameter 25 mm and more.
Machining: The tubes are machined by cutting, turning, drilling and milling.

The glass epoxy tubes are made from modified glass fabric as a basis and epoxy resin as a binder. This tubes have very good mechanical and electrical properties at high huminidy and mechanical strenght at higher temperatures.
