Company LABARA is a specialist in cutting and exact manufacturing of electroinsulating materials and plastics. Dimension saws are being decided on cutting materials. We usually cut materials till thickness 100 mm according to customer requires. The maximum lenght of cut is 3100 mm with accuracy +/- 0,1 mm.

Cutting of electroinsulation materials and plastics is connected with their accurate machining. The company is equipped with 16 CNC machines, milling and lathe machining centres which allows a multi-axis machining. We are able to machine electroinsulation sheets, plastics, compozites, metals and also shapes and moulds.

The machining is possible by these ways:
milling – shapes and moulds with dimension to 1200x2400x650 mm
lathe-turning – Ø 320 mm to lenght 1500 mm and flange to Ø 500 mm

The company is also furnished with 3D measuring device and wide range of additional gauges for ensuring a precise work.

We offer production with a surface finishing – nickeling, zincing, silvering. Each product comes through the final treatment – deburring; in case of electroinsulants – varnishing of cutting edges and surfac
